2025 Tournament Ball

Welcome to the registration for the 2025 DCE Youth Baseball Tournament season! This registration is required to secure your child’s spot on a travel baseball team for the upcoming season. By completing this process, you’ll ensure your player is eligible to participate in practices, tournaments, and all team-related activities.

Tournament ball offers an exciting opportunity for players to develop their skills, compete at a higher level, and represent our community in regional tournaments. Teams will be formed based on evaluations, and schedules will include regular practices, local and travel tournaments, and team events throughout the season.

  • This registration is mandatory for participation.
  • If you previously registered and paid on SportsEngine, your payment record will be transferred, and no additional fees will be charged during this process.

COST

The Tournament Ball program cost is $500 for "Green" players (up to 8 tournaments) and $300 for "Silver" players (up to 4 tournaments). The total fee is divided into two payments: an initial payment of $250 and a second payment of the remaining amount.

This fee covers tournament entry fees, team equipment, and other program expenses to ensure a high-quality experience for all players. The fee also pays for one jersey top and a hat for your player. Additional items, such as socks, helmets, additional jerseys and hats, etc., can be purchased separately.

Ages

DCE Youth Baseball offers tournament teams from 8U to 14U, providing opportunities for players within these divisions to develop their skills and compete at a higher level.

Each team is designed to foster growth, teamwork, and a love for the game, ensuring players are challenged appropriately while having fun.

When

The 2025 season begins with winter workouts in January and continues with practices and tournaments through the end of summer.

Where

Winter workouts are held at the Greenheck Turner Community Center, DCE Middle School, and other local schools. Practices take place at Kennedy Park and various local parks, with tournaments typically hosted at locations throughout Wisconsin or surrounding states.

Practices

Each team’s practice schedule is determined by its coaches. During the season, most teams will practice 1-2 times per week. Teams also have the opportunity to participate in winter workouts, which serve as pre-season practices to prepare players for the upcoming season.

Summer 2025

The 2025 Tournament Ball season starts in January and includes winter workouts, regular practices, and competitive tournaments.
