Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2025 Tournament Ball

All refund requests are reviewed and determined by the Executive Committee on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the committee's discretion based on the circumstances of the request.

Everest Youth Pitching Camp

Full Refunds A full refund will be issued for cancellation requests received before the first day of the clinic. No Refunds No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after January 13, 2025. Exceptional Circumstances Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., injury, illness, or unforeseen emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at registrations@dceyouthbaseball.org. Processing Time Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
